Terms & Conditions

You must be 18yrs old or older to purchase an animal.

Payment
-All animals must be paid for in full before they are shipped out or if local must be paid for at the time of pickup.
-Payment plans are available on a case by case basis.

Shipping
-Animals will not be shipped out if temps are not in the range of 40-80F for both buyer and seller.
-Animals will only ship out Monday-Wednesday. They will not ship out Thursday-Sunday.
-Shipping will only happen once a date has been scheduled between buyer and seller. In the event proper shipping conditions are not met for the scheduled date, shipping will be postponed at no additional expense to the buyer.
-Live Arrival is only guaranteed if animal is held and picked up at a hub.
-You must message me within 15 minutes of receiving your animal with proof of death for the live arrival guarantee. Either a refund for the animal will be issued or store credit to go to another animal. Shipping will not be refunded.
-If you do not respond to schedule shipping within 7 days of purchase the money and gecko will be forfeited.

Guarantee
-I have the right to refuse any sale.
-All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
-In the event you need to sell or rehome an animal you purchased from me, I will always take them back, as long as, proof of purchase can be provided. A refund will not be issued.
-Tail loss or tail nips that occur during shipping will not be refunded. Tail drops is a common occurrence and is out of my control once animal is shipped out. Also a tailless animal does not have a lower value than an animal with a tail.
-Sex is not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.
-Geckos can change appearance over long holds and can appear different from their photos depending on if they are fired up or fired down.
